Odisha Social and Cultural Association of Alberta (OSCAA) was established in 2019 to formally register an organization under the Alberta Registry in the province of Alberta in Canada dedicated to nurture Odia art and culture in Alberta.

Odias in Calgary are celebrating Odia festivals like Utkal Divas, and Raja in Calgary since 2012. Also, functions like Diwali, Holi, and annual picnics are organized with great zeal and fanfare, where Odia food, Odia songs, and Odishi dance are performed by artists of OSCAA and enjoyed by everyone.
